We are a fast growing boutique catering company looking for an experienced Kitchen Manager/Chef candidate to join our team.
Ideal candidate
- has solid experience in volume catering (cooking in large volumes)
-strong organization skills and ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
- has strong managerial skills and experience
- able to manage oversee consistency in execution of recipes, handle inventory, shopping
- able to oversee and manage staff, scheduling, training, etc
- looking for long-term commitment, someone who wants to invest in our company and grow with us
- works well in team setting
- willing to do even the most menial tasks in order to get the job done
- has strong communication skills and bring a positive attitude to workplace everyday
- willing to work early mornings
Monday -Friday. Morning to early evening shift aporrimate hours 10am-7pm. Pay is negotiable based on skills and experience. Looking for the right candidate and willing to compensate accordingly.
