Our Speakeasy Bar is looking for a lead bartender with management experience. The candidate must have over 2 years of management skills and can handle training, schedules, and inventory.
Our hidden gem bar serves craft cocktails and needs bartenders with exceptional customer service and work the front and back of the bar. This candidate will not only make cocktails but engage with guests on the floor to build a relationship with our local guests.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintains proper and adequate set-up of the bar daily. This includes requisitioning and stocking of all beer, wine, spirits, paper products, straws and stirrers, condiments, and produce based on projections from the daily functions sheet
Receives cash from guests, makes any change needed, verifies the validity of charges, records charges, and ensures vouchers are properly executed, to balance all money.
Staff Schedules
Responsible for maintaining stock, cutting, and storing all fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes, juices, and other perishables daily to ensure product quality
Inventory and ordering with sales rep
Mixes, garnishes, and presents drinks using standard ingredient recipes and practicing prudent portion control.
Makes excellent cocktails for our guests
Able to handle large parties & special events
Take drink orders from guests when doing table service
Mixologist a +
Demonstrate knowledge of liquor laws.
