We are seeking to hire a LEAD Line Cook, bi-lingual Spanish-English, to join our fast paced team.
Line Cook Job Responsibilities:
︎ PM Availability (4PM- 10PM)
︎ WEEKENDS
︎ 30+ hours per week
︎ Sets up and stocks food items and other necessary supplies.
︎ Able to work on grill, fry, or sauté.
︎ Sauces, dressings, & food prep.
︎ Maintain cleanliness and food sanitation requirements.
︎ Cleans and sanitizes cooking surfaces at the end of the shift.
︎ Performs inventory checks
Line Cook Qualifications/Skills:
︎ Should have 3+ years of restaurant kitchen experience
︎ Experience in brunch, Mexican cuisine, and American cuisine.
︎ Food Handler’s Card
︎ ORGANIZED, FAST and CLEAN
︎ Accuracy and speed in executing tasks.
︎ Be RESPECTFUL of all your co-workers at all times.
︎ Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
︎ Clean-cut, professional, punctual.
