Experienced kitchen supervisor/manager needed for popular WeHo restaurant.
All candidate should have:
- experience managing and building a BOH team
- ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
- knowledge & experience of scheduling, hiring, training, best HR practices, inventory, ordering
- some menu development experience is good
- reliable transportation
- ability to work 50-60 hours per week
- passion for cooking & hospitality
