LEAD LINE COOK / WEEKENDS OFF

We are a small restaurant in Beverly Hills currently hiring an experienced daytime lead line cook with experience working a fast paced breakfast and lunch shift with plenty of room for growth within the company.

You will work directly with our kitchen team to create daily specials and prep the stations for service.

This is a great opportunity to be creative, learn the menu and grow with our expanding operation.

Our candidate will need excellent knife skills.

Able to multi task in a fast paced environment.

Assist with scheduling and break assignment.

Familiar with prepping and stocking your station.

Experience with breaking down meat / fish .

Current food handlers permit.

Previous; grill / sauté / sandwich / salad making experience.

The position is mornings only, 7:00am - 4:00pm - no nights or weekends.
