We are looking for an experienced cook to join our catering crew. This is a new location and we currently have 2 morning positions.

Line cook position :
- Execute Recipes for volume production
- Very comfortable with grill and is able to execute various menu items
- Complete daily prep for production per chef instructions and company specs
- Ensure final product meets the company quality and taste profile standards
- Meet Production Goals in fast paced environment and help set the pace
- Team player - aware of team goals and knows when to help other team members to accomplish their goals
- On-time
- Comfortable lifting various cooking pots and pans with weight of approximately 50 lbs
- Excellent palate and cooking skills
- Place high emphasis on food safety & sanitation
- Used to operating in fast-paced high-volume kitchen
- Catering Experience and Volume Cooking
- Extremely well organized
- Respectful to team members, other employees & guests
- Excellent Knife Skills & Speed
- Cooking and Cooling Procedures
- ServSafe Certified
