Catering Cook – Full Time
Schedule: Sunday–Thursday
Hours: 4:00 AM – 12:30 PM
Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Catering Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will prepare high-quality food items for daily catering orders, maintain a clean and organized kitchen, and ensure all dishes meet our standards for taste, presentation, and safety.
Responsibilities:
Prepare breakfast and lunch menu items according to recipes and catering specifications
Set up, cook, and package food for large-volume orders
Ensure all food is produced on schedule for early-morning pickups and deliveries
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, equipment, and workstations
Follow food-safety and sanitation procedures
Assist with inventory, labeling, and storage
Work collaboratively with the catering and kitchen teams
Requirements:
Previous experience as a cook, prep cook, or catering cook preferred
Ability to work early mornings (4:00 AM start time required)
Strong time-management and organizational skills
Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Food handler certification (or ability to obtain one)
