Job Description: We are seeking a reliable and experienced Line Cook & Prep Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a some culinary background.Part time & Full time hours are available.
Key Responsibilities:
.Prepare and cook gourmet sandwiches to perfection
.Ensure all food items are prepared according to our standards
.Maintain a clean and organized workstation
.Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new sandwich recipes
.Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
Qualifications:
.Some experience as a Line Cook, with a focus on gourmet sandwiches
.Certified Safe Serve licensed cook in the state of California (must present license upon hire)
.Creativity and ability to contribute new ideas to the menu
.Excellent time management and organizational skills
.Ability to work Monday to Sunday, operating hours 10am-7:30pm
