Le Coupé is a chef-driven, fast-casual concept known for our award-winning fried chicken. We’re looking for experienced, reliable, and fast Line Cooks who can execute consistently, stay organized, and thrive in a high-volume kitchen.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
-Execute recipes with accuracy and consistency
-Run the line during service with speed and precision
-Assist with daily prep, portioning, and station setup
-Maintain cleanliness and follow all food safety standards
-Work efficiently during rushes and stay organized under pressure
-Communicate clearly with the team and support BOH operations
WHO YOU ARE
-Experienced: Fast-casual or high-volume line experience preferred
-Reliable: Shows up on time, ready to work, every shift
-Quick & efficient: Can move fast without sacrificing quality
-Clean & organized: Maintains a tidy station and follows safety practices
-Team-oriented: Positive attitude, no ego, strong communication
-Skilled: Knife skills, fryer experience, and solid kitchen fundamentals
SCHEDULE
-Full-time or part-time (must be available to work until close (9pm minimum)
-Weekends required
-Consistent shifts and steady hours
COMPENSATION
-Competitive hourly pay $20-$22 hourly, plus tips
