Little Ripper is hiring a Line Cook for our AM Service 7am-3pm 5 days a week.
Our small kitchen is in an open space, visible to our guests, so cooks must maintain a professional demeanor and a clean workspace.
Candidates should:
Have a minimum of 2 years working on the line.
Keep your assigned station clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies throughout the shift.
Be proficient in independently stocking and setting up kitchen stations
Be experienced with sautee, salad station, general prep, sauces, and meat slicing
Pay attention to detail and be committed to consistency, preparing and plating dishes according to company standards
Be able to communicate with FOH staff to ensure that orders are completed according to request and on time
Be familiar with common allergens
Be committed to thoroughly cleaning work area, equipment, and tools
Comply with kitchen operation procedures, hygiene, food safety, and disease control standards and regulations
