A position is available at our Burbank location. Position requires experience is in a kitchen with portioning and marinating meats. About a week or so of training will be required to learn the marinates and cuts (wagyu/prime). This will be provided by the manager on site. Full time position. Shop is generally open 10am- 7pm. We also serve a few specialty sandwiches (14 hour smoked brisket pastrami and a italian sub) . Cool kitchen environment. Second location is about 2 months away from being open in La Crescenta, so you would have the option of potentially moving there.
