You must have at least 2 years experience in high quality and high-volume cooking with a variety of cuisines.

- Excellent knife, cooking skills and clean work habits - Strong organization and communication skills - Ability to follow instructions and take directions
- Be able to multi-task and meet deadlines - Professional, honest, hardworking and respectful of others
- Positive, enthusiastic attitude with problem solving skills and committed to teamwork
- Must be able to work Sunday thru Thursday (Friday & Saturday off)
- Early morning shifts
