Qualifications:
-2 years of experience as a line cook in a contemporary, Chef driven, full-service restaurant
-A commitment to creating an amazing and memorable guest experience
-Ability to follow standards including food safety and sanitation and dish execution
-Basic knife skills
-Detail oriented and cool under pressure
-Adherence to recipes, portion specs and timing expectations
-Have a flexible schedule and open availability
