Experience:
Culinary: 2 years (Preferred)
Experience in a high-volume restaurant is a must.

Valid California Food Handlers Certification.
Available for holidays, weekdays, weeknights, and weekends.
Must be able to lift materials and products of 50lbs regularly and of 100lbs occasionally.
Must be able to easily sit, stand, stoop, reach, and walk.
Must be able to work 8+ hour shifts with extensive standing/walking.
Responsibilities
Prepare all food items according to detailed recipe and/or build cards.
Consistently deliver on high standards of food preparation and presentation.
Clean and maintain work stations.
Adhere to all sanitation and food preparation codes.
Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
Comply with company standards at all times, including uniform, timeliness, food quality, safety, and service.
Actively support and promote the brand concept.
