Seeking a professional Line cook/Prep cook for the shift night shift. 9pm-4am
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items by provided recipes and quality standards.
- Assist in the preparation of food and beverages for oncoming shift.
- Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met in the kitchen.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Follow instructions.
Ideal candidate must be able to excel in a fast paced environment, maintain cleanliness and organization and work well with others. Previous experience in a Mediterranean restaurant is a plus.
