I work for a powerful, very understated group that hosts bi annual ceremonies/events and we are looking for outside help, as the hiring agency we have used for decades produced dismal results the last fiscal year and we have decided to procure staff using less conventional means.
We are willing to consider you if you have no prior hospitality experience, but do have an extremely open mind, as this is truly the most important thing. We have great confidence in the training we provide, but in our decades of experience, we have found you cannot teach someone to have an open mind. You either have it or do not. We pride ourselves on our own open mindedness and we will hire ANYONE with the RIGHT attitude.
This is not a run of the mill style of event. This event is well known in certain circles globally and is catered to the elites among us. We are looking to vet and hire 16 members for a 2 week period in the coming 6 weeks.
Any previous experience working around celebrities will be prioritized.
Each of you will be hosting a manor in the mountains near the Santa Cruz coastline. Your guests will be the VIPs of VIPs; the movers and shakers of the world. There will be celebrities at the festivities, so direct eye contact with guests is strictly prohibited without invitation by the event attendee. You will be required to sign strict NDAs, as our clientele covets privacy nearly more than anything in the world.
Do NOT waste our time if you have a weak constitution or quitter's mentality. You will be tested on this job from high stress and pressure. Must be a self starter and team player.
While admittedly arduous and mentally tasking, this job however has an incredible perk outside of being truly a once in lifetime opportunity with handsome pay; Every year, 1 of the 16 new hires will be evaluated based on both results and the keen ability to quickly think on their feet and will invited to join our group in a full time capacity.

We are looking for strong will, a firm growth mindset, open mindedness, dedication and intestinal fortitude to perform the daily mental work load of this opportunity. This is not an easy job. Must be comfortable with facilitating the transportation of sensitive organic materials, such as raw animal products etc. Please be comfortable sending your blood type, but we will able to provide free testing during the hiring process if necessary.
Domestic and international travel is covered for the right candidate
Pays $8,000-$15,000 per event week.
