NEWLY OPEN LONG BEACH
FULL AND PART TIME CAFÃ & BAKERY SERVERS
Responsibilities
Positive person with excellent interpersonal skills
Full time or part time positions for breakfast/lunch and availability to work across a 7 days rotating roster - Shifts are between 7.00 am and 6.30 pm
You must be available to work on holidays and week-ends
Valid Californian food handler certificate
Preferred Skills and Experience
Capable to work in a fast paced environment
Detail Oriented, customer service oriented
Upselling suggestions to customers is a plus
Knowledge and experience in a French Culinary environment is a plus
Experience with POS system and operate cash register
Available to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift
Baristas experience is a plus but not required
Estimated Wage and Perks
Minimum wage plus tips or depending on experience

Responsibilities

You must be available to work on holidays and week-ends
Valid Californian food handler certificate
Preferred Skills and Experience
Capable to work in a fast paced environment
Reasonable knowledge of basic cuisine and prep
Willing to learn French cuisine and pastry, or experience in a French Culinary environment is a plus
Available to perform different tasks in the Kitchen for a better team work
