We are looking for skilled Prep/Line Cooks to join our team in the food industry. As a Line Cook, you will play a key role in helping to prepare and serve delicious meals to our customers. Duties:
- Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards
- Assist with menu planning and meal preparation
- Ensure proper food storage, handling, and sanitation procedures are followed
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient service
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with catering events as needed
Skills:
- Proven experience as a Line Cook or similar role in the food industry
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Knowledge of menu planning and recipe development
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
