Led by veteran LA and Two Michelin-Starred chef, Josiah Citrin, Mélisse is looking for a motivated culinary professional to join our team. Chefs and sommeliers guide guests through a culinary adventure, where the kitchen and dining room are one. This is an exciting opportunity to work for one of the few two-star restaurants in Los Angeles and grow with us.
Ideal candidates are motivated, positive and always seeking to improve themselves. Thriving under pressure while remaining calm is essential. You must have availability to work at least 3-4 shifts per week (weekend and holidays are required). We are looking for chefs with sense of urgency, awareness and ones who have the ability to work in a team.
Experience in a 1 or 2 Michelin starred restaurant preferred
Ability to work under pressure while staying calm and positive
