Acclaimed chef-driven BOH team seeks a strong number 2 as they expand. Must have strong work ethic, strong MGMT skills and the ability to teach/train/mentor. Experience with global cuisine, either due to travel or hands on experience is a must; as is solid cooking technique. Must be mature and reliable.

Pastry Chef de Cuisine - Up to $100k DOE + handsome benefits including PTO, health, 401k with matching! Los Angeles

Looking for a Pastry person who has experience with restaurant pastry programs, some familiarity with bakery production including bread (no laminations). This position interfaces with many concepts within the group, some of which are Michelin starred. This is a great opportunity to get into multi-concept/multi-unit oversight. Please be great with communication, both written and verbal as you will be working closely with the corporate pastry chef who is in another city. This isn’t a high volume situation, it’s more high touch and admin/operations oversight than production volume. Bonus points if you are comfortable lending a hand in the Michelin starred savory kitchen from time to time. One team, one dream!

One of the hardest to get reservations in LA is seeking a Manager to join the team. Please be a great face of hospitality, be good with wine (we have a Wine Director and wine support staff) and have your finger on the pulse of LA’s (or NYC, SF etc) dining scene. This is a Chef-driven concept with a large MGMT/service staff and a dinner-only operations. Admin and numbers not a required strong suit as you'll be joining a robust MGMT team
