NOW HIRING – MULTI-UNIT RESTAURANT MANAGER
Los Angeles + Long Beach | Full-Time | Salary + Bonus + Benefits
We are looking for a hands-on, motivated leader to oversee two full-service Mediterranean restaurants - located in Los Angeles and Long Beach.
This is a great opportunity to join a respected, family-run restaurant group where leadership, structure, and growth are valued. You will work closely with the team and management to drive consistency, support systems, and lead operations across both locations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversee daily operations at two locations
Work the floor at least 3-4 days/week in LA + 1-2 in Long Beach
Hire, train, and support team development
Strengthen systems in scheduling, ordering, reporting, and service
Collaborate with management to align goals and ensure long-term success
Work during restaurant operating hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends & holidays
