Responsibilities:
This is a "hands-on" position including all areas of the restaurant environment. Your duties will include the nightly closing of the restaurant, managing the floor, overseeing and training of new staff, inventory control as well as normal day to day operations. Oversee nightly operations of the restaurant and sports bar
Manage and supervise staff, including servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff
Ensure high-quality customer service standards are met
Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Manage cash handling and reconcile daily sales reports
Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and profitability
Certification Requirements:
Alcohol Server Certification: Also known as Responsible Beverage Service (RBS)training, this certificate is required in many places for managers and servers handling alcohol.
