Full-time (40 hours - 5 daytime shifts a week, 8 hours each)
Must have weekend availability
Starting at $20-22/hr (based on availability) + pooled tips (averaging $7-9/hr)

>>DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES
Cut, wrap, and label cheese pieces
Order and receive cheese, maintaining proper inventory levels and minimizing waste
Maintain cheese case displays that are clean and organized
Provide knowledgeable recommendations to guests
Share pairing suggestions (wine, beer, charcuterie, accompaniments)
Follow proper food safety procedures at all times
Assist customers with checkout as needed
Work collaboratively with the rest of the team

Passion for cheese, food, and hospitality
Previous experience as a cheesemonger or specialty food retail associate is strongly preferred
Comfort using knives, scales, and wrapping materials
Strong communication skills and a genuine enjoyment of helping customers
Organized, reliable, and self-motivated
Weekend availability
Full-time availability (40 hours/week, 5 days/week)
Valid CA Food Handler’s Card (or willingness to obtain)
