Experience in an upscale or fine-dining environment
Ability to create visually stunning desserts with consistent quality
Strong time-management and organizational skills

Responsibilities:
Prepare and execute dessert menu items with exceptional presentation
Develop new dessert specials when needed
Maintain a clean and organized pastry station
Ensure all dishes meet our high standards before leaving the kitchen
