Open Positions:
Host/Maître D’ – The first and last impression of Prose. Must be poised, personable, and highly organized with experience managing reservations and guest flow.
Servers – Skilled hospitality professionals with strong menu knowledge, polished service, and familiarity with high-end beer, wine, and craft mocktails.
Bartenders – Experienced in crafting sophisticated non-alcoholic cocktails and executing a well-curated beer and wine program.
Bussers & Runners – Team players with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to support service at a high level.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in chef-driven, high-volume restaurants
A team-first mentality—Prose operates with a pooled house structure
Strong hospitality instincts and the ability to anticipate guest needs
Knowledge of beer, wine, and non-alcoholic cocktails (or a willingness to learn)
Professional, reliable, and composed under pressure
