Line Cook (Griddle & Fry Station)
Schedule: Full-time / Part-time | Morning, Swing, Overnight Shifts
Overview:
The Line Cook will work primarily on the griddle and fry stations, executing menu items with precision, consistency, and speed. This is a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen. We're looking for cooks who take pride in clean execution and smooth communication on the line.
Key Responsibilities:
Cook and plate items from griddle and fryer stations with attention to spec and timing
Maintain a clean and organized station throughout service
Communicate clearly with expo and other cooks during service
Refill station prep and rotate product during shift
Assist in opening and closing kitchen duties
Follow all health and safety standards, including proper oil management and fryer upkeep
Qualifications:
1–2 years line experience in a fast-paced kitchen preferred
Must be confident on griddle and/or fryer
Able to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods
Positive attitude, good sense of urgency, team mentality
Pastry/Prep Cook (Desserts, Shakes & Prep)
Schedule: Full-time / Part-time | Flexible Shifts
Overview:
The Pastry Cook is responsible for preparing all desserts and shakes on the menu, as well as helping with daily pastry production and sweet component prep. Ideal for someone who enjoys both structure and creativity, with a sense of pride in clean, consistent execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Prep and assemble desserts (pies, hand pies, waffle sticks, cookies, etc.)
Execute all shake and soft-serve orders to spec
Maintain cleanliness and proper storage of pastry station
Label and date all mise en place
Support with early morning or late night production depending on shift
Assist with seasonal specials and dessert development
Qualifications:
1–2 years pastry or dessert station experience preferred
Comfort working with mixers, blenders, scales, ovens
Detail-oriented with strong plating skills
Reliable, communicative, and takes initiative
Utility / Dishwasher
Schedule: Full-time / Part-time | Flexible, including overnights
Overview:
This hybrid Porter role is the backbone of our operation — part dishwasher, part prep support, part facilities caretaker. You’ll be responsible for keeping the kitchen running smoothly and cleanly while helping with basic prep and product receiving.
Key Responsibilities:
Wash and organize dishes, cookware, and smallwares
Assist with receiving, labeling, and storing deliveries
Support prep team with peeling, portioning, and basic production tasks
Maintain floors, trash, recycling, and restrooms
Deep clean kitchen equipment and storage areas during downtime
Follow all food safety and sanitation protocols
Qualifications:
Prior BOH or dish experience is a plus but not required
Able to lift 50 lbs, bend, and work in a fast-paced environment
Hardworking, consistent, and self-directed
Reliable with great attention to detail and cleanliness
