We are thrilled to announce that two new restaurants are opening soon and we are looking to build an amazing team! We are hosting an open call for all positions, including servers, runners, line cooks, pizzaiolos, prep cooks, and dishwashers. If you're passionate about the food industry and ready to join a dynamic and exciting environment, we want to meet you!
Open Positions:
Servers
As a server, you’ll be the face of our restaurant, ensuring every guest has a memorable dining experience. We are looking for candidates who are friendly, attentive, and professional.
Hard Skills:
Knowledge of menu and drink offerings
Ability to take orders and deliver food efficiently
Experience with POS systems
Soft Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and excellent customer service
Runners
As a runner, you'll be responsible for delivering food from the kitchen to the tables, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Hard Skills:
Ability to carry multiple plates or trays at once
Understanding of food safety and cleanliness standards
Soft Skills:
Teamwork and cooperation
Fast and efficient work ethic
Good organizational skills
Line Cooks
Our line cooks will be responsible for preparing and cooking food according to the menu and restaurant standards.
Hard Skills:
Proficient in various cooking techniques (grilling, frying, baking, etc.)
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
Ability to work on a hot line and multitask
Soft Skills:
Strong attention to detail and consistency
Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure
Strong teamwork and communication
Pizzaiolos
We are looking for skilled pizzaiolos who can create delicious pizzas and manage the pizza oven with precision.
Hard Skills:
Experience in making pizza dough, stretching, and topping pizzas
Ability to manage and cook pizzas in a wood-fired or traditional oven
Knowledge of pizza recipes and cooking techniques
Soft Skills:
Creative approach to new pizza recipes
Ability to maintain high-quality standards consistently
Great attention to detail and pride in your work
Prep Cooks
As a prep cook, you will be responsible for prepping ingredients and ensuring the kitchen is stocked and ready for service.
Hard Skills:
Experience with food preparation and knife skills
Knowledge of portion control and inventory management
Ability to follow recipes and assist with cooking when necessary
Soft Skills:
Strong organizational skills
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Strong work ethic and time management
Dishwashers
Dishwashers are a key part of our team, keeping the kitchen clean and ensuring dishes are washed, sanitized, and ready for use.
Hard Skills:
Knowledge of cleaning procedures and sanitation standards
Ability to operate dishwashing equipment efficiently
Ability to handle large volumes of dishes
Soft Skills:
Attention to detail and focus on cleanliness
Ability to work quickly and efficiently
