Location: Downey, CA | Full-Time | Early Morning Shifts
One Twelve Caffe is growing — and we’re looking for a creative, skilled Pastry Chef to help lead our artisanal bakery program.
This is a hands-on, high-level position focused on laminated doughs, viennoiserie, and unique seasonal pastries. You’ll have the rare opportunity to create new products, shape our menu, and grow a bakery concept from the ground up.
What You’ll Do:
Handcraft croissants, kouign-amann, and specialty pastries using top-quality ingredients
Design and develop new items for both daily offerings and seasonal features
Lead production with precision, consistency, and creativity
Collaborate with ownership to grow the pastry side of the business
What We’re Looking For:
7+ years of pastry experience, strong in lamination and artisan baking
A chef with ideas, passion, and pride in craftsmanship
High standards, attention to detail, and early morning hustle
