Pastry Production Manager

Join Clementine, a beloved family-owned bakery-café near Century City, as our Pastry Production Manager. In this role, you’ll lead our team in creating delicious, scratch-made pastries and desserts—including cookies, muffins, scones, cakes, pies, and more. This is a unique opportunity to combine leadership with your passion for high-quality, fresh baking.

Key Responsibilities:

-Lead and mentor a team of bakers, ensuring high standards of quality and consistency across all products.

-Manage daily production schedules to ensure timely preparation of pastries and desserts for both retail and catering orders.

-Oversee inventory management, cost control, and labor management to maintain efficient operations.

-Collaborate with the team on developing seasonal and creative recipes using locally sourced, fresh ingredients.

-Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

-Plan production to meet both regular and seasonal demand, particularly during high-volume periods.

What You Bring:

- A culinary arts degree or 4-6 years of professional experience in a pastry production environment.

- Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage and inspire a team of six.

- Proficiency in Google Suite (Google Sheets, Docs) and bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.

- A commitment to high-quality, scratch-made baking with a passion for creating artisanal pastries and desserts.
