Primary duties of Prep and Line Cook will include but are not limited to:
Prepare items and components following exact recipes, standards and protocols.
Check quality of material and condition of equipment and devices used for cooking.
Maintain a sanitary and organized cooking station; adhere to and enforce strict health and safety standards.
Any other duties required by Management.
Must have Food Handler's Card.
