California Food Handler Card is required.
Requirements:
At least 2 years catering or food prep cook experience.
Must read and write English.
Must have excellent knife skills and be able to follow recipes
Have innate ability to learn and retain directions from your chef.
Procure excellent sanitation practices and be able to help maintain kitchen cleanliness.
Capability to complete tasks in a structured time frame.
Proficiency, versatility and potential to advance and in the company.
