Professional Barista / Server – Samos Café & Grill (Sherman Oaks)
Samos Café & Grill is hiring an experienced, professional Barista who can create trending coffee drinks, follow company recipes, and deliver excellent hospitality. This is NOT entry-level — we need someone skilled, clean, and reliable who understands high standards.
Responsibilities:
Prepare espresso drinks, teas, juices, mocktails, and trending coffee creations.
Follow company drink recipes with accuracy and consistency.
Open and/or close the café; clean all equipment daily.
Maintain a clean, organized, fully stocked bar area.
Take orders, operate POS, and provide friendly, professional service.
Assist with food service and support smooth café operations.
Requirements:
1–2+ years barista or café experience REQUIRED
Ability to create trendy coffee drinks + execute company formulas
Clean, professional appearance — no attitude, no drama
Reliable, punctual, and able to multitask
Strong communication and customer service skills
Food Handler’s Card (or obtain within 30 days)
Pay & Benefits:
$17.50 – $26.00 per hour
