We’re a busy neighborhood bar & restaurant in Long Beach looking for a reliable, skilled Part-Time Line Cook to join our kitchen team. If you have solid cooking experience, can handle a fast-paced environment, and love putting out great food, we want to hear from you!
Location: Long Beach, CA
Schedule: 3-4 shifts per week (evenings + occasional weekends)
Pay: Competitive hourly rate (DOE)

Responsibilities:
Execute menu items consistently and efficiently
Prep ingredients and maintain station organization
Follow food safety & sanitation guidelines
Work well under pressure during busy service
Communicate with FOH/BOH team to ensure smooth service
Keep a clean, stocked, and orderly work area

Requirements:
1–2 years line cook experience preferred (bar/restaurant experience a plus)
Ability to work nights and weekends when needed
Ability to follow recipes
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Food Handler’s Card (or willing to obtain)
