TRAYDTLA is a food service provider, servicing municipal buildings in the city of Los Angeles. We currently have positions available for a part time prep cook and grill cook to join our team in Los Angeles at the CALTRANS building.
Responsibilities but not limited to:
-Wash and clean cooking equipmwnt
-mop floors
-prepping line
-protein breakdown
-take and fulfill orders (short order)
-assist kitchen staff in daily preparation and execution of food service.
-must work well with team
- must be able to work quickly and manage time well
We are looking for someone part time M-F 6:30am - 1:00pm.
