If interested in any of the below positions PLEASE come to our OPEN CALL on Tuesday September 3rd between the hours of 10am and 12pm. There will be a sign in sheet inside the front door.
Available Positions:
Servers: Provide attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly service. 2 years high end serving required.
Bartenders: Craft exquisite cocktails and provide excellent customer service. 2 years of craft cocktail experience required.
Hosts: Manage guest seating and ensure a smooth flow of the dining room. Strong organizational and communication skills. History of hosting in a high volume restaurant required. Open Table knowledge a huge plus.
Bussers/Runner: Interacting with guests and supporting the servers with excellent table maintenance. 2 years bussing in a high volume restaurant required.
Expo: Ensure that all orders are accurately assembled and prepared according to our standards while managing the flow of service. 3 years high volume expo required.
Line Cooks AM/PM: Prepare high-quality dishes and contribute to menu innovation. 3 years experience in a professional kitchen required.
Prep Cook AM: Assist with food preparation and maintain kitchen cleanliness. 3 years experience required.
Dishwashers AM/PM: Support the kitchen team by maintaining cleanliness and order. 3 years experience necessary.
