Because our managers are expected to be apart of the team, interacting with guests, continually developing staff, being on the floor, promoting bull rides and ensure our amazing food and drinks are being executed to our standards, we have developed a path for career development and advancement.
Compensation structure is performance based. This high-growth compensation is to reward our team members for their hard work and amazing contributions to the organization.
The Sr. Manager will be required to work AM , Mid and PM closing shifts working 5 days a week with 2 consecutive days off. Must have 3-5 years of restaurant and bar experience with high volume concepts.
Benefits:
Starting salary ranges from $75,000-$90,000.00 depending on experience.
