Starting days/hours: Fridays 5-10, Saturdays 5-10 pm (potentially 11-5 if evenings don't work). 10-20 hours a week to start.
Job Description:
Must be ServeSafe certified and have at least one-year food prep experience (mainly sandwiches, salads, and other small plates).
This is a fun, casual environment with a small friendly staff.
Typical job duties include:
Preparing all menu items
Stocking and inventory of the kitchen
Occasional dishwashing
Assisting with closing duties (trash, patio breakdown, etc.)
We are a growing business and would love to find someone to grow with us. We plan to add new menu items once this position is filled, and you can help us create those items.
Necessary Skills to be Successful:
Must be able to multi-task. The kitchen is small, so you must utilize the space efficiently and be able to prepare multiple dishes simultaneously.
You must be flexible. We are a new business; everyone, including the owner, jumps in where needed.
Must have reliable transportation. You will sometimes be required to work until 10 in the evening.
