Are you passionate about meeting travelers and showcasing your city? HI USA is hiring full-time and part-time Guest Service Associates for our Santa Monica hostel on 2nd Street. Help create a welcoming environment while managing reception and guest interactions.
Available Positions:
Full-Time Guest Service Associate
Pay: $19.80 – $20.20 per hour
Shifts: 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM (Weekends required)

Part-Time Guest Service Associate
Pay: $19.80 – $20.20 per hour
Shifts: 6 AM – 2:30 PM & 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM (16-24 hours/week, flexible availability required)
Benefits: Paid parking, paid vacation, sick leave

Responsibilities:
Greet and register guests
Handle reservations and guest inquiries
Ensure hostel safety and security
Maintain logs and reports
Assist with cleaning, laundry, and food prep
Promote HI USA’s mission of cultural understanding
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED
Preferred: customer service experience, multilingual, CPR/First Aid certified (training available)
Strong communication and multitasking skills
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
