Experience in commercial/retail bread and croissant baking is necessary.
Requires weekend work.
You will be responsible for mixing, shaping, proofing, baking , and laminating
You must have prior professional experience.
Hours 3am-11am/1130am Wednesday thru Sun
We work all holidays
