We are seeking skilled and customer-oriented Baristas/Cashiers to join our team. As a team member, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages to our customers. Your friendly demeanor, attention to detail, and passion for coffee will contribute to creating a positive and enjoyable experience for our patrons.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a wide range of coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccinos, lattes, and specialty drinks
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and making recommendations
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions with accuracy
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Assist in food preparation and service as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the food industry or as a Barista is preferred
- Strong math skills for cash handling and basic calculations
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and coffee varieties
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
