1. SALAD PREP / SASHIMI COOK
Pay: $18–$20/hour (BOE)
Location: Crustacean Beverly Hills
Schedule: Part-time or full-time, evenings + weekends
We’re looking for a detail-oriented, fast-moving team member who thrives in an elevated, high-volume kitchen.
You’ll work closely with our culinary leadership to execute Crustacean’s signature raw bar, sashimi, salads, herbs, garnishes, and cold-prep dishes.
Responsibilities include:
Daily salad and sashimi prep
Following precise plating, portioning, and knife-cut standards
Maintaining cold station cleanliness + organization
Supporting kitchen team during service
Ensuring consistent quality in a fast-paced environment
Requirements:
1–2 years experience in salad prep, garde manger, or raw bar preferred
Strong knife skills
Ability to follow direction and maintain professionalism
Reliable transportation & punctuality
Food Handler’s certificate
2. HOT LINE COOK (WOK/GRILL/SAUTÉ)
Pay: Up to $25/hour (BOE)
Location: Crustacean Beverly Hills
Schedule: Full-time preferred; evenings + weekends
We’re seeking an experienced hot line cook to join our high-end, high-volume kitchen team.
You’ll execute signature Crustacean dishes with speed, finesse, and consistency across wok, sauté, grill, and fry lines.
Responsibilities include:
Working a dedicated hot line station (wok, sauté, grill, fry)
Executing dishes to Chef’s standards every time
Managing station prep, par sheets, and organization
Maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards
Supporting expo and communicating clearly during service
Requirements:
2–3+ years hot line experience in upscale or high-volume kitchens
Strong wok or sauté skills preferred
Ability to stay calm under pressure
Reliable, hardworking, and team-oriented
Food Handler’s certificate
