The Rusty Pot Café is a full-service restaurant on Market St in Downtown Inglewood. We are currently hiring. The ideal candidates believe in showing up on time for work, providing excellent customer service, and following all sanitary and health-related protocols. We are looking specifically at people with PRIOR RESTAURANT EXPERIENCE. We pride ourselves on using fresh all-natural ingredients with quality food and service. Server:
Minimum 1-year experience in a restaurant
Knowledge of serving etiquette
Ensure customer satisfaction by checking in and providing attentive service
Familiarity with P.O.S system
Great attitude and willingness to work hard
Busser:
Minimum 1-year experience in a restaurant
Ensure tables are cleared, cleaned, and reset
Manage the server's station and inventory
Serve food and refill beverages as required
Familiarity with P.O.S system
