Greet and serve guests in a professional and positive manner
Take customers’ food and drink orders
Ensure that all orders are accurate and brought to each table in a timely manner
Manage phone and third party platforms for delivery and pickup
Assists with packaging of take-out orders
Suggest meals and drinks to customers based on the menu and specials
Full knowledge of beverage preparation and execution according to recipes
Maintain and properly handle all equipment
Work closely with restaurant management to immediately address all customer concerns and create a pleasant dining experience
Confirm orders with the chefs and baristas whenever a clarification is requested
Familiarize self with the menu at all times
Check in with Manager/Supervisor for meal break time
Maintain neat and clean station at all times
Follow proper cleaning procedures
Complete pre/post side work as assigned
Properly clean and fill table compliments (e.g. salt, pepper, sugar, etc.)
Perform any reasonable tasks assigned which the associate is capable of performing
Must use proper lifting techniques at all times
