We are looking for passionate and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Servers/Bartenders.
Responsibilities:
Customer Service, Opening and closing duties, Order Taking, Food & Drink Service, Bartending
Knowledgeable: Maintain a thorough understanding of the menu, including all vegan ingredients and preparation methods. Be able to explain the benefits of vegan dining to guests.
Cleanliness & Hygiene: Knowledge of, and follow, all health and safety guidelines. Keep dining areas, bar, and workstations clean and organized.
Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with kitchen staff, fellow servers, and management to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
Qualifications:
Experience: Previous experience as a server and/or bartender in a fast-paced restaurant environment is preferred.
Knowledge: Some understanding of vegan cuisine and a passion for plant-based dining.
Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
Attitude: Friendly, outgoing, and positive attitude. Commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Flexibility: Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Certification: Possession of necessary bartending and food handling certifications is a plus.
What We Offer:
Competitive wages with opportunities for tips. On weekends servers/bartenders average $50/hour. $35-40 during weekdays but sometimes more.
