Highland Park Bowl, LA’s oldest bowling alley is looking for friendly and personable Servers & Hosts to join our team!
Highland Park Bowl is a long standing, multi functional space providing a unique experience for our guests. With 8 vintage lanes, a restaurant and 4 bars under one roof, Highland Park Bowl has much to offer; live music, bowling, drinking & dining, events, sports viewings, DJ's & burlesque shows. We work hard and have fun while doing it!
Server Minimum Qualifications:
- Excellent communication & customer service
- Strong conflict resolution
- Must be able to stand 8-10 hours
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds
Server Responsibilities & Duties:
- Perform set up, sidework, and closing duties
- Provides excellent hospitality to every guest
- Maintains a pleasant and friendly demeanor at all times
- Strong emphasis on communication with management
- Anticipates the needs of guests and staff alike
- Sense of urgency in completing all tasks
- Running food from the kitchen
- Keeps a clean and professional appearance at all times
- Strong ability to multitask
