We are seeking a Cook to join our dedicated kitchen staff! You will assist in cooking to order primarily, with some preparation responsibilities as well. If you can make overeasy eggs fast and roll burritos, we're looking forward to meeting you.
Responsibilities:
Prepare all served food
Keep the kitchen and food prep areas clean
Memorize, record, and comprehend menu items
Follow standard recipes and special diet orders
Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, utensils, pans, and appliances
Qualifications:
Some, but not a lot necessary: Previous experience in cooking, culinary arts, or other related fields
Knowledge of kitchen equipment and cooking techniques
Strong attention to detail
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work well in teams
Legally authorized to work in USA
