Can make Sushi (nigiri), Roll (maki), Sashimi and some new style dishes
Work as team with different personalities and collaborate with others
Handle busy hours and work in a fast paced environment
Have a great communication skills
Have a present appearance and attitude toward guests at sushi bar
Maintain cleanliness all around

Must able to work Friday, Saturday and Sunday
Over 1 year of experience working in restaurant
Excellent first impression for guests by warmly greeting costomers
Excellent verbal communication skills (answering phone skills)
Has multitask ability and can work in a fast paced environment
Maintain professional and clean look
Work as team with different personalities and collaborate with others(Server,Sushi Chef, Busser & BOH)
English speaker
Quick learner
Knowledge of Japanese food
Familier with RESTAURANT OPEN TABLE reservation

Greeting cusomter
Organize and set up front station
Answering phone and take reservations
Confrim reservations and assign name to OPEN TABLE
Take to-go order, packing items and handle payment
Help others when needed
