Over 3 years experience working in Japanese restaurtant as sushi chef
Able to make Sushi (Nigiri), Roll (Maki), Sashimi and some new style dishes
Able to work as a team with different personalities and collaborate with FOH and kitchen
Albe to handle busy hours and work in a fast paced environment
Have a great communication skills
Have a present appearance and attitude toward guests at sushi bar
Maintain cleanliness all around
