The Roguelike Tavern is looking for bartenders & barbacks!
We're a small neighborhood nerd bar and pride ourselves on being a safe and welcoming space for everyone. We are looking for staff who embrace the community elements of bar culture and are looking to be a part of a small, supportive, close-knit team. Shifts will start in January!
Bartenders:
- 2+ years of high volume bartending experience
- Significant knowledge of spirits, beer, classic cocktails, and modern mixology trends
- Exceptional customer service, bar upkeep, and organizational skills
- All necessary certifications as required by the ABC
- 3-4 shifts a week, $16.50/hr + tips.
Barbacks:
- We will train the right candidate, but some experience in the bar/restaurant industry is preferred.
- Duties include bar upkeep & cleaning, bussing/serving, taking inventory
- Strong attention to detail and self-motivation required.
- 3-4 shifts a week, $16.50 + 10% tip share.
