Schellz Pizza Co - Sous Chef/Prep Cook
Position Summary
This will start out as a part-time (24-32 hours weekly) role but may expand to full time very quickly. Thos role is responsible for cooking and preparing items to support retail services and stocking necessary food preparation stations.
Weekdays (3-4 days), 10am to 4pm; Potential Saturdays and Sundays (6am-12pm)
Your responsibilities include:
-preparing Hokkaidough (spiral floor mixer)
-toppings/pizza sauce preparation
-manage inventory
-receive delivery of supplies
-other miscellaneous kitchen duties as directed by the manager and ownership
-support lunch catering orders
-proactively communicate with the team on the transition and coordination between preparation and retail shifts.
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
-General availability: 3-4 days per week (mornings or middays), The kitchen is available 24x7, so if you prefer to work at night, the kitchen is available as early as 10pm. Additional shifts are available for the right person.

-must have knife skills
-desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
-high School Diploma - or equivalent required
-able to lift 50lb bags of flour
